Shipping Policy
After receiving your order, we will confirm with you and make arrangements for the best possible form of delivery. Please do not forget that the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges. Prior to shipment your order will be photographed and recorded. This is for the protection of both the customer and Diamond Savers to ensure that your order was indeed shipped. If you should return the item(s), this will enable us to confirm that it is the same item(s) that was shipped. If you see any evidence of tampering of the package when you receive your order, call us at once.

Return Policy
You will have ten (10) days to examine your diamond(s) from signature of receipt for your order. If your diamond(s) is not everything you hoped for, we will give you a full refund or exchange it for another diamond(s). Before the return of any merchandise you must first call to get authorization. Place a copy of your sales receipt inside the package, return it to our address, insured for it's full value. We thank you for your cooperation and care taken in dealing with expensive pieces. Your satisfation is always our first priority.
